1988
The Birth of Boston Aquatics
On September 19th, 1988, Boston Aquatics was established, driven by Rex’s deep love for aquatic life. Located on Horncastle Road, the shop quickly became a cherished spot for local fishkeeping enthusiasts, offering expert advice and a welcoming atmosphere.
2009
A New Chapter at Johnsons
In 2009, we moved to Johnsons Garden Centre, embracing a fresh environment and continuing our journey as Aquatics. This relocation allowed us to reach a broader audience while maintaining our dedication to aquatic life.
2015
Expanding Horizons
The year 2015 marked a significant expansion as we introduced a comprehensive pet range, transforming into Boston Aquatics & Pets. This evolution allowed us to cater to a diverse array of pet lovers, from fish enthusiasts to small animal caretakers.
2025
A New Home in Cowbridge
In 2025, we took a monumental step by relocating to a larger, purpose-built space in Cowbridge. This new location offers a brighter, more accessible environment, perfectly equipped to serve our growing community of pet lovers.
